Términos de uso y licencia (EULA)

Al comprar, instalar, activar o usar el software "Módulo Editor" (el "Software"), usted ("el Usuario") acepta estos Términos. Si no está de acuerdo, no instale ni use el Software.
1. Licencia
Licencia no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar el Software en un (1) solo equipo, atada al hardware donde se active. La clave de licencia es personal: está prohibido compartirla, revenderla, sublicenciarla o publicarla. El Software es licenciado, no vendido; AEIPAutoTech conserva todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual.
2. Uso autorizado y responsabilidad del Usuario
El Software es para uso profesional por técnicos competentes. El Usuario se compromete a usarlo únicamente en vehículos o módulos de su propiedad, o para los que cuente con autorización expresa del propietario legal. El Usuario es el único responsable de cumplir todas las leyes y reglamentos aplicables en su jurisdicción, incluida cualquier normativa sobre identificación vehicular, inmovilizadores y sistemas antirrobo. El Usuario no usará el Software para ningún fin ilícito o fraudulento, ni para facilitar el robo, la clonación no autorizada, el fraude de odómetro, la alteración de identificación de vehículos, ni ninguna actividad prohibida por la ley. Ciertas funciones avanzadas pueden estar deshabilitadas por defecto y habilitarse solo de forma individual; el Usuario asume toda la responsabilidad por su uso.
3. Restricciones
No se permite: hacer ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar el Software (salvo lo permitido por ley imperativa); copiar, distribuir o revender el Software; eludir o alterar los mecanismos de licencia o activación; retirar avisos de propiedad.
4. Activación y conexión
El Software requiere activación en línea y verificaciones periódicas contra los servidores de AEIPAutoTech. AEIPAutoTech puede revocar una licencia en caso de incumplimiento de estos Términos.
5. Actualizaciones
AEIPAutoTech puede ofrecer actualizaciones; algunas podrían ser obligatorias para seguir usando el Software.
6. Sin garantía
EL SOFTWARE SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD", SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS. EL USO ES BAJO SU PROPIO RIESGO. Trabajar con módulos electrónicos puede dañar equipos o vehículos; usted asume ese riesgo.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, AEIPAUTOTECH NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES O CONSECUENTES, NI POR PÉRDIDA DE DATOS, GANANCIAS, MÓDULOS O VEHÍCULOS. LA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL NO EXCEDERÁ EL IMPORTE PAGADO POR LA LICENCIA.
8. Indemnización
El Usuario indemnizará y mantendrá indemne a AEIPAutoTech frente a cualquier reclamación derivada de su uso del Software o del incumplimiento de estos Términos.
9. Marcas de terceros
Los nombres de marcas, fabricantes o vehículos que puedan mencionarse se usan solo con fines de compatibilidad o identificación. Todas las marcas comerciales pertenecen a sus respectivos titulares. AEIPAutoTech no está afiliada, asociada ni respaldada por ningún fabricante de vehículos.
10. Reembolsos
Por tratarse de un producto digital con entrega inmediata de clave, las ventas pueden ser finales. Consulte la política de reembolsos de la tienda.
11. Terminación
Esta licencia termina automáticamente si incumple estos Términos. Al terminar, debe dejar de usar y desinstalar el Software.
12. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Kentucky, EE. UU.

English — End User License Agreement (EULA)
By purchasing, installing, activating, or using the "Módulo Editor" software (the "Software"), you ("User") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License. Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on one (1) device, bound to the hardware where it is activated. The key is personal; sharing, reselling, or publishing it is prohibited. The Software is licensed, not sold.
2. Authorized Use. For professional use by competent technicians, only on vehicles or modules the User owns or has the legal owner's express authorization for. The User is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including those governing vehicle identification, immobilizers, and anti-theft systems, and will not use the Software for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. Certain advanced features may be disabled by default and enabled individually; the User assumes full responsibility for their use.
3. Restrictions. No reverse engineering, copying, redistribution, reselling, or circumventing the licensing/activation mechanisms, except as permitted by mandatory law.
4. Activation. Requires online activation and periodic checks. AEIPAutoTech may revoke a license for breach.
5. No Warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
6. Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEIPAUTOTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID.
7. Trademarks. Any brand or vehicle names are used solely for compatibility/identification. All trademarks belong to their owners. AEIPAutoTech is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
